From Microbe-Lift comes a new way to control mosquitos in small water features. Designed for ponds and water features up to 2,500 gallons, this liquid is fast-acting (typically effective within 24 hours), and leaves no visible trace of its application once it is mixed with the water.
Designed to treat a 750 gallon pond for 22 months, and a 2,500 gallon pond for seven months. Controls mosquitos of all species, including those that can transmit West Nile Virus, Equine Encephalitis, and heartworm (in cats and dogs). Bacillus thuringensis israelensis (BTI) controls mosquitos, fungus gnats and aquatic midges, and shows some promising results with leaf miner as well. Will not harm beneficial insects, fish, birds, plants or humans.
