Goldfish and koi make ideal ornamental pets. With little effort you can develop a friendship with your fish by feeding them floating food once a day, as much as they can eat in 3 to 5 minutes. Stop feeding when the water temperature drops below 50 derees F. Use a Pond Thermometer.

They are the easiest, most undemanding pets you may ever have. Don't worry if you're going on vacation for a week or two. They will survive.
