Nymphaea 'Indiana'
This changeable color lily is unique in that the flowers start out as an apricot color, changing to orange-apricot on the second day and then becomes a deep orange-red by the third day. Each flower has an open cup shape and rest at or just above the surface. New leaves are a bronzy-green shade, heavily mottled with purple but lighten to a clear green with purple blotches. This is an outstanding cultivar, considered by experts to be the finest changeable!
Hybridized by Latour-Marliac Nursery in 1912.
