PonStraw
Ponstraw takes about one month to become activated by the beneficial bacteria and enzymes in your pond, then continues to prevent the growth of algae for four to six months.
Each bale treats 500 gallons for one season.
For maximum effectiveness, Ponstraw should be placed in your pond so that there is adequate recirculation around the bundle - perfect for placing in a waterfall tank or skimmer box. If you lack the space for a bundle of Ponstraw, you may want to try Barley Pellets or Liquid Barley Extract.
