WINTERING BOG PLANTS
HARDY BOG PLANTS
As leaves brown in the fall, trim them off, down to the level of the soil (Except Cattail varieties).
Lower the containers to the bottom of the pond.
Be sure that the container is resting below your local freeze line.
TROPICAL BOG PLANTS
Before the first frost, pull your Tropical Bog Plants (container) out of the water.
Relocate the container to a bright space in your home.
We suggest placing the container inside a watertight, decorative pot in order to tie it in with your indoor decor.
Keep the plants' soil moist all winter long and it will thrive.
Bring it back outside in the spring when the water temperature is consistently 65 degrees F. Use a Pond Thermometer.
