Our Guarantee

Lilypons guarantees satisfaction. If you are not satisfied at any time within a year of purchase, you may have an exchange, credit or full refund of the purchase price.

(Shipping charges are non-refundable. Fish and scavenger guarantee is limited to live arrival. Tropical plants are not guaranteed to survive the winter. Pool cleaning and maintenance services are subject to your approval upon completion. UV bulbs are limited to a 90-day guarantee against manufacturer defect. Other merchandise may be prorated)
 

Orders are charged as they are shipped, unless stated otherwise. Quantity pricing only applies to items with the same item number, picked up together or delivered to the same address. Aquatic plants are priced and shipped bare-root. Pre-potted plants are available for additional charges at our retail store. Descriptions and prices are subject to change.
