2-3 day rush service and Overnight rush service orders must be placed by 11AM ET Monday - Friday to ship that day. No weekend delivery. Rush orders limited to within 48 contiguous states. Rush service is available for most in-stock orders, 70 lb and under and are in ADDITION to Standard Delivery Charges (above). Not applicable to Freight or oversized items. Dry Good Delivery
We ship non-oversized items via FedEx. In-stock, non-oversized dry goods take 2-7 days for delivery. Rush delivery is available for in-stock orders within the contiguous states.
Oversize delivery items require daytime telephone number for freight company. Customer is responsible for making unloading arrangements for oversize items. Set-up and assembly of oversize items is customer's responsibility.

Live Good Delivery
We will automatically schedule the shipment of your live goods based on the schedule below. If you do not know your hardiness zone, please click here and enter your zip code, http://www.garden.org/zipzone/. If you would like your live stock shipped at a different time then indicated below, please indicate when placing your order. Sorry, no plants, fish or scavengers shipped to CA, HI, MT, OR, WA, WY, PR, Virgin Islands, or Guam.
EXCEPTION FOR RESTRICTED STATES! Our next ship date for restricted states that need plant inspection will be in early May 2021. We will be shipping waterlilies, lotus and selected bog plants to CA, MT, OR, WY, WA & UT on this date. Please have your orders to us by late April so we can reserve the plants you are interested in purchasing and prepare your order. There will be a $10 Inspection fee per order (add item #22222 to your order).
